Our recurring Menu du Voyageur series challenges our culinary team to draw on their experiences and inspirations to craft a meal that highlights a particular theme. This results in intrepid cooking that creates flavors adventurous and delicious.
For the Winter 2020 edition of Menu du Voyageur, we'll jet to Paris for a Roaring Twenties cocktail pairing dinner featuring drinks themed to Lost Generation writers Fitzgerald, Hemingway and Stein, throw a pre-Valentine's Day Fête on the 13th, and revel in the culinary grandeur of the The Ritz Paris in its heyday. [Specific menus for each dinner will be posted closer to each event.]
+ February 27, March 5 + 12: The Ritz Paris: Cocktail Pairing Dinners Enter the glittering world of The Ritz Paris, one of the most famous and luxurious hotels in history, home to Coco Chanel for more than 30 years, and a hallowed haunt for Ernest Hemingway, Marcel Proust, and F. Scott Fitzgerald. In 1898, the hotel was founded by Swiss hotelier César Ritz and French chef Auguste Escoffier, who established the high-class service and fine dining the hotel's restaurant and bars still offer today. Chef James Revels and team will present a three-course experience embodying the spirit of the hotel's grandeur.
*Each Thursday Menu du Voyageur has a 6:30 p.m. seating available. The cost per guest is $69.00, which includes a 3-course meal, wine or spirit pairings, hospitality and tax. Menu substitutions and requests are regretfully not accommodated. [Our regular dinner menu is also available Menu du Voyageur nights.]
