Fall greeted us with the opportunity to partner with some of our favorite local vintners, and present a wine dinner pairing the very finest that the 2015 Finger Lakes vintage brought us, as expressed by our friends at Forge Cellars. Riesling and Pinot Noir from this exceptional producer expresses the spirit of their handcrafted methodology, and showcases the true terroir of the Seneca Lake regions.
Forge selections of Riesling and Pinot Noir, both 'Classique' and 'Les Alliés', will pair with three courses of Cure cuisine, as well as dessert. Please arrive to Cure at 6:30p on Thursday, November 2nd. The price is $69 per person, including tip and tax. Limited seating available.
